We are looking for a part-time driver to join our growing team.
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day deliveries of the workshop and the site teams. This could be anything from a few boxes of hardware to a full kitchen with cabinets and appliances.
We will provide H&S training such as manual handling and any PPE equipment needed, however, sites are always changing, some may still be in construction and many don’t have lifts, thinking on your feet and having a can-do attitude is essential!
As you may often be the first or the last on a site you should be prepared to talk with clients and subcontractors. Acting as an ambassador of Shape it is very important to be friendly and professional to everyone you meet.
Most of our jobs are in and around London you should be comfortable with lots of city driving, mostly in our Luton-sized company van.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Assisting with wrapping and loading from the workshop
- Safely delivering joinery items
- Calendar management
- Retaining and logging expenses
- A full clean driving license
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Physically able to lift and carry sometimes bulky items (manual handling training provided)
- Confident city driver (experience in a van is a massive bonus)
- Remaining calm under pressure (such as in busy London traffic!)

In addition, they will be expected to research and propose new tools/ideas to facilitate self-, team- and company-wide learnings and improvements, showing a clear positive impact on both the company’s culture and growth trajectory.
