We were briefed to create a play room below the stairs in the new basement for all the grand children to enjoy. What entailed was a labour of love, deceptively simple, yet incredibly detailed play wall.

A glazed entrance screen divides the hallway from the front room. Blinds provide privacy when required and the two tone paint amplifies the contrast of the shaker panelling.

We were briefed to create a play room below the stairs in the new basement for all the grand children to enjoy. What entailed was a labour of love, deceptively simple, yet incredibly detailed play wall.
There are various areas of this fantastic project, including the climbing wall, Hollywood mirror and dress-up, theatre space, reading hammock, cosy reading nook, a trap door, and a selection of book cases.
The central section when closed can function as a shop, then open up for a full stage production.
